Tim is a passionate and experienced winemaker with over 30 years of luxury wine making experience from
vineyard to bottle, having worked on three continents and in four states. He has a creativity and innovative wine making philosophy and strives to make sure the wine quality bar is always rising.  At Saint Paul Mountain, we believe that great wine  and cider is born from passion, patience, and a deep respect for nature. With a focus on winemaking techniques and sustainable practices, we strive to produce wines that reflect the essence of our terroir and the unique characteristics of each grape varietal. Winning both State and International awards we are an Estate Winery. Estate wines are often highly regarded for their quality, as they are produced from grapes grown, produced and bottled on the winery's own property, allowing for greater control over the entire winemaking process.
