All our Hard Ciders are Gluten Free and Vegan as well as No Carb or Low Carb for most of our ciders.

Appalachian Ridge is an Orchard-Based Artisan Cidery in Hendersonville. We produce our Ciders and Spirits using the “Cider as Wine” approach, allowing layers of apple flavors to develop over time into a beverage that is truly special. Enjoy a sparkling tasting or glass of Cider on the deck overlooking the Orchard or inside our antique barn.

After two years of renovating and preserving an apple barn from the 1920's, it is now the perfect home for our carefully crafted Hard Ciders and Spirits.

We combine tradition and innovation to develop the best Ciders and apple Spirits, we seek to learn from our apple growing peers throughout the U.S., and even travel regularly to Normandy where Hard Cider originated.
