In this class, you will be making your own homemade fettuccine using Launa’s family’s pasta dough recipe. So fun !! You will learn hands-on and be assisted through the process. At the end of class, we will all enjoy fresh homemade pasta noodles Launa has made for the class, a traditional balsamic & olive oil salad, fresh focaccia, dessert and don’t forget the wine. Everyone will get to take their homemade fettuccine. Prize for the best apron.
